- Can I send one announcement to every store?
- Yes. Pick the stores when you post, and the announcement lands in each store's Announcements channel. Owners can always post, and they choose which other teammates can.
- What notifications do associates get?
- Push notifications cover schedule changes, shift trades, and announcements, and break reminders nudge people while they are on the clock.
- Can associates see their own hours?
- If you allow it. A store setting decides whether employees see their hours in the app, and another decides whether they see the whole team schedule or only their own.
