By accessing or using the Timely Hours application (“Timely,” “the App,” or “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Timely is a workforce management application designed for franchise operators and their employees. The Service provides:

• Employee scheduling and shift management
• Time and attendance tracking with GPS verification
• Team communication features
• Sales data integration and analytics
• Payroll reporting and export capabilities
• Shift trading and availability management

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings.
